Overview

At Taxpion, we are committed to delivering quality professional services. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. Submitting a payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Refund Eligibility

Before Work Has Started

If you request a cancellation before our team has commenced work on your service, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:

  • 20% service / administrative charges
  • Payment gateway or processing charges (if applicable)

After Work Has Started

Once service delivery has commenced (document preparation, filing, or government submission has begun), refunds are generally not applicable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further details.

Completed Services

No refund is available for services that have been completed and delivered.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances:

  • Government fees, statutory fees, and filing charges paid to authorities
  • MCA fees, GST portal fees, or other regulatory fees
  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) charges
  • Any third-party charges already incurred

To request a refund, email support@taxpion.com with your name, order details, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval
  • Credited back to the original payment method
  • Confirmed via email notification

Cancellation by Taxpion

If Taxpion cancels a service (prior to commencement) due to reasons on our end, a full refund of the service fee (excluding non-refundable government charges) will be issued.

No refund will be issued if Taxpion terminates services due to client fraud, non-cooperation, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
