Cancellation Policy

Understand how cancellations work and what charges may apply.

Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@taxpion.com.

Before Work Starts

If a cancellation request is received before Taxpion has commenced work on your service, a partial refund may be possible after applicable deductions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on deductions.

After Work Has Started

Once Taxpion has begun document preparation, filing, or government submission, cancellation is generally not possible and no refund will be issued for work already completed.

Cancellation Charges

Where a cancellation is permitted, the following deductions apply:

  • 20% service / administrative charge on the total fee paid
  • Cost of work already completed by Taxpion
  • Government fees and statutory charges already incurred
  • Payment gateway or transaction charges

Cancellation by Taxpion

Taxpion reserves the right to cancel or terminate a service engagement in the following circumstances:

  • Client fails to provide required documents within reasonable time
  • Client fails to cooperate or respond to queries
  • Fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents are submitted
  • Legal or regulatory violations are detected

A refund will only be processed if the service has not yet commenced at the time of cancellation by Taxpion.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. 1Email your request to support@taxpion.com
  2. 2Include your name, service / order reference, and reason for cancellation
  3. 3Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  4. 4Eligibility and applicable deductions will be communicated to you
  5. 5If eligible, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
